Sally's of Omagh

Demolition of the existing and construction of the new 4 storey  'Sally O'Brien's' Bar, Restaurant and Nightclub on an extremely restricted site in Omagh Town Centre.

'Sally's' is the most celebrated venue in Tyrone, and the winner of numerous awards such as 'NI Irelands Pub & Club of the Year', 'Tyrone's Gastro Pub of the Year', 'Best Tourism/Visitors Bar' and the only winner in three consecutive years of the coveted 'FATE Awards'.

'Sally's' is a complete entertainment complex, which caters for every age group, gender and social craving.

The project comprised the demolition and rebuilding of Sally O’Briens on an extremely restricted site in Omagh Town Centre.

The contract period was 40 weeks from possession of the site to handover to the client, ready for occupation, complete with building control certification.

The works included the construction of the new four story public house circa 2000m², night club and office space, comprising partial basement construction at ground and first floor level, concrete retaining walls, frame and floors with pitched and flat roof coverings. The external walls are a combination of rendered blockwork and stone walling with hardwood windows and external doors.

Internally the building was completely fitted out ready for occupation, including floor and wall finishes, bars, mechanical & electrical service, lift installation, etc.

The front bar retained it's traditional setting and the character for which it is widely renowned.

The contemporary lounge, with it's subtle retro styling is the heart of 'Sally's' bistro. The area is bright and spacious, expanding out onto a continental style courtyard.

'Sally's' exclusive chic nightclub is spread out over two floors. With it's vivid interiors, state-of-the-art sound system, graphics and lighting, the club embodies everything in-vogue. A glamorous venue such as this wouldn't be complete without a VIP area, which has reserved seating, an intimate bar, a private smoking area and toilet facilities.
