  • The internal and external refurbishment of the listed Bridge Community Centre Building and provision of a 2 storey extension for community use and lettable office space.

  • The extensive refurbishment / restoration and Sacristy block extension to the existing Grade B Listed St. Mary's Church in Killyclogher, Co Tyrone.

  • Restoration and conversion of the existing Grade B+ Listed terraced mill complex to provide accommodation for community use and lettable office/units.

  • The refurbishment and restoration of the main house and laundry yard of the Grade A Listed Florence Court House (18th-century home of the Earls of Enniskillen).

  • Fabric repairs to the existing Grade B Gothic Revival style Catholic Church on the grounds of the Tyrone & Fermanagh Hospital in Omagh.

  • The restoration / refurbishment and extension of the Grade B Listed Holy Trinity Church, Cookstown.

     

  • The authentic re-construction of the Gilford Cinema (public exhibits and residential education centre) in the period village portion of the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum, Cultra.

  • The project consisted of the extension to and refurbishment of Lisahoppin House, Beragh. An at risk gentleman’s residence, the property had deteriorated due to being left vacant and unattended.
