Florence Court House

The refurbishment and restoration of the main house and laundry yard of the Grade A Listed Florence Court House (18th-century home of the Earls of Enniskillen).

18th-century property and the former home of the Earls of Enniskillen, the project involved the refurbishment and restoration works to the main house and laundry yard of Florence Court House which is a Grade A Listed building and therefore all work must be carried out in accordance with the principals of the Conservation of Historic Buildings.

The works can be generally described as the upgrading of three apartments within the laundry yard and the upgrading of the existing second floor apartment within the main house. McAleer & Teague’s regular consultation with the National Trust representatives ensured works were coordinated around public open days and times. The use of innovative construction methods such as dust less technology ensured the highest protection was offered to this quality building.
