T&F Catholic Church

Fabric repairs to the existing Grade B Gothic Revival style Catholic Church on the grounds of the Tyrone & Fermanagh Hospital in Omagh.

The church has five bay nave with stepped buttresses and mullioned windows.

The works comprised replacing roof coverings (reusing old slates), lightening protection, rain water goods, complete external stone repairs including repointing, rebedding and fixing of parapet stones, glazing refurbishment and internal roof timber refurbishment. A proprietary damp membrane system was installed to existing walls with plaster work repaired.

External works included drainage works and the reorganisation of the roads and footpaths around the building.

The project was completed to the highest standard on a busy site within the Tyrone and Fermanagh Hospital site.
